Meet the Founder
I'm Mili—CPA, advisor, and business owner.
I built Mira North Advisory from firsthand experience navigating the realities of running and growing a business.
Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve made decisions in real time, adapted quickly, and learned what it takes to create structure while continuing to move forward. That experience reinforced how essential it is to have the right financial foundation and guidance in place early on.
Before founding Mira North Advisory, I built my career in Big 4 public accounting, where I developed a strong technical foundation in financial reporting and audit. I later specialized in the alternative investment space, working with private credit funds and complex investment structures, including valuations, NAV reporting, and investor allocations.
That experience continues to inform my work today. While my primary focus is supporting service-based businesses and entrepreneurs, I also take on select engagements within the alternative investment space where my background can provide meaningful value.
As a business owner myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to manage finances while growing a company. Today, I bring both technical expertise and real-world perspective into every client relationship—helping business owners not only manage their numbers, but use them as a tool to make confident, informed decisions.
